The 5 double bedrooms plus one additional sofa provide accommodation for 11 persons.
The upper flat has 3 separate double bedrooms one of which has a double bed, and a balcony.
The flat downstairs has 2 separate double bedrooms one of which has a double bed, an additional guests' WC, and a terrace.

Both dwelling units have bathrooms with tubs, showers, and shower curtains. Warm water is prepared in electric boilers, independent from the time of the day.

In the living-rooms there are satellite color TV sets.
Corresponding to the villa's natural stone outer walls, the chairs in both flats are from bamboo.
In chilly springtime nights, the air conditioning units can be switched to heating mode.
In summertime, mosquito lattice on the windows provides undisturbed sleep even with draught circulation.

Towels and sheets are changed 2 times per week. Complete cleaning is made always before new guests arrive, besides cleaning tools and agents are kept ready for use.
A washing-machine is available on the upper floor. The host kindly asks not to use it for washing smallest portions - with respect to drinking-water not being free good on Crete's south coast.
